You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate images.
• Prices are subject to change with notice.
• Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the original images you upload.

Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these terms, we hereby assign to you all right, title, and interest in and to the images generated by our AI service for your use ("Generated Content"). You may use Generated Content for commercial purposes.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, or offensive content
• Generate content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
